Please know that any order placed after 1pm (or on weekends or Holidays) will be processed the following business day. All products leave our site in good working condition and we take great care and precautionary methods to ensure your product arrives safely.
However, we cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipment.
If items are damaged in shipment you can receive store credit only. Items damaged in shipment are very rare but it is necessary to communicate our policy.
Upon receipt of your items take a moment to ensure there is no damage. Please contact us directly to report damaged items due to shipment. Please send pictures of damage to email@example.com.
If there are any issues with your order outside of shipping, please contact us directly and we will try to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days upon delivery for refunds.
