We are excited about your desire to order our products. Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, and they are all handmade orders can take up to 3-5 business days BEFORE shipping. Most items will ship sooner.

Please know that any order placed after 1pm (or on weekends or Holidays) will be processed the following business day.  All products leave our site in good working condition and we take great care and precautionary methods to ensure your product arrives safely. 

Items damaged in shipment are very rare but it is necessary to communicate our policy. 

Upon receipt of your items take a moment to ensure there is no damage. Please contact us directly to report damaged items due to shipment. Please send pictures of damage to sporthorseessentials@gmail.com.

If there are any issues with your order outside of shipping, please contact us directly and we will try to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days upon delivery for refunds.
