All products leave our site in good working condition and we take great care and precautionary methods to ensure your product arrives safely.

Items damaged in shipment are very rare but it is necessary to communicate our policy.

Upon receipt of your items please take a moment to ensure there is no damage. If there is damage it is best to notify us sooner than later but you have up to 30 days to contact us via email at sporthorseessentials@gmail.com. You must include a photo of the damaged product for it to be replaced. We are also NOT responsible for the cost of shipping to resend packages back to us.

If there are any issues with your order outside of shipping, please contact us directly via email within 30 days and we will try to make it right. Also contact us within 30 days upon delivery for refunds.

PLEASE ADVISE WHEN SIGNING UP FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT THEY ARE NOT INTENDED FOR A ONE TIME USE TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT. IF CANCELED BEFORE YOUR SECOND ORDER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
