You must include a photo of the damaged product for it to be replaced. We are also NOT responsible for the cost of shipping to resend packages back to us.
If there are any issues with your order outside of shipping, please contact us directly via email within 30 days and we will try to make it right. Also contact us within 30 days upon delivery for refunds.
